Benji's Pilot Commander Application

Name: Benji

Current Rank: PVT

What CO Position you are looking for: Pilot Commander

Summary about you: (50 Words Min) : I'm a long time developer and commander on many Star Wars RP servers, including owning a few of my own. I would say I have pretty decent patience with people, but that doesn't mean I'm gonna go easy on anyone. I also have been staff and GM on quite a few servers that I didn't own. My skills at developing are pretty good. I prefer to use a Z-95 in space combat. (Sorry for OOCness, I just cant describe this IC.)

Why we should pick you for this CO spot.(70 words min): Well, I'm an amazing pilot to begin with, plus I have experience leading many a battalion, including pilots once. A few of my more notable piloting skills include tricks, such as piloting a headhunter sideways between the Bridges of a Venator to avoid a Droid Fighter from killing me (I'd already taken out quite a few other ships, so that's why I was damaged). The Droid Fighter even tried to follow, but failed, so I ended up winning that fight. Another one includes sudden stops, where I stop my ship and have the enemy fly past, before reengaging and shooting them down. That's all of my piloting skills, which is why I decided to go for pilots. As for commanding, I'm quite the strategical thinker. Which as well as this, I'd like to point out an unknown fact about the Z-95 we have in game, to show my knowledge of starfighters. That's not the version used by clones. The wings aren't the same, and the Clone Version has 2 engines instead of 4 with the engines being bigger.

Describe the Try-outs you will do for people to get into your Regiment:(70 Words Min): To even consider anyone for pilots, they'd at least have to have a recommendation from an officer or be PFC. I'd quiz the trainees on a few functions of the ships and the ships themselves, such as what the ARC in ARC 170 stands for (Aggressive ReConnaissance.), and then I'd proceed to tell them proper procedure on how to request permission to take off. Then, finally, we'd all go through the procedure in an ARC 170 and then the proper training begins. I'd show them a quick sample of how to avoid shots, and then run them through scenarios, before finally, passing those who succeeded and failing those who failed.
